Important Note: Are you designing a new piece of equipment and considering specifying the NL2024 series? If so then you might want to consider using the NH2054 series instead. The NL2024 uses twelve 2.2Ah cells in order that the battery energy is <100Wh which is the energy limit any Lithium ion battery must remain under to prevent mandatory Class 9 Dangerous Good Shipping. The NH2054 series is smaller and lighter and uses only eight cells - but each cell has a higher 2.9Ah capacity allowing nearly as much energy to be stored and still remaining under the 100Wh ceiling. We recommend the NH2054 for new designs.
