A New Platform for Portable Devices

Accutronics credit card batteries allow device designers to integrate a smart Lithium ion battery into new handheld portable products with minimal effort and cost. Each model has been designed to provide a high level of functionality and safety, reducing time to market while eliminating tooling and qualification costs.

With a footprint identical to that of a regular credit card the CC2300 and CC3800 are designed to be integrated into handheld devices with minimal effort. Accutronics provide full design assistance including CAD models and design advice.

• Customisation to labelling, case colour and firmware allows OEMs to have a battery that is unique to them
• Available in two height /capacity variations allows for ‘standard’ and ‘extended’ runtime options in the same device

Accessories

The CC2300 and CC3800 are backed up with a number of accessories that help OEMs when testing and designing the batteries into their products – these include a mating connector, bench test PCB and two development chargers (5V input or USB input).

Customisation

Accutronics credit card batteries ship with a standard EEPROM set-up, UL94V-0 grey plastic casing, Accutronics labelling and bulk packaging. These can be customised to meet individual OEM requirements, please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
